"Thoughtful" Word Study

Dear loyal readers, Would you be willing to help me out with something? For a Linguistics class that I am taking this semester, I am doing a study on the word: "thoughtful". This word has two different meanings, one meaning is connected to deep thought while the other is connected to kindly actions. By conducting this study, I would like to see which meaning people immediately think of when they read this word in a sentence or encounter it in their conversations. In order to do this, I need a bunch of people to take a survey that I made that asks a couple of questions. I need to get as many people as possible from a bunch of different ages so if you could take my survey, I would be extremely grateful. I'm attaching a link here, the results are completely anonymous, I just need your age and gender in order to chart my results.
